This coffee has been a great addition to our regular varieties, and comes direct from the Ija’tz farming cooperative in Guatemala. The coffee farmers in this coop farm coffee fields at approximately 5,000 feet elevation in the San Lucas Tolimán area of the country. Their coffee is shade grown using no chemicals, with all labor done by hand. The volcanic soil in the area makes for ideal coffee-growing conditions.

Many have asked for it and it's finally here. This is a 80/20 blend of ground dark roasted coffee and chicory. The blend features Premium Fresh Roasted Chicory which is 100% grown in the states. This is only available already ground.
