I roast the coffee after it is ordered so that the customer receives the freshest coffee possible. Feel free to contact us if you need more information. We take your special requests for your favorite blends or origins.
Organic Guatemala Direct Trade
This coffee has been a great addition to our regular varieties, and comes direct from the Ija’tz farming cooperative in Guatemala. The coffee farmers in this coop farm coffee fields at approximately 5,000 feet elevation in the San Lucas Tolimán area of the country. Their coffee is shade grown using no chemicals, with all labor done by hand. The volcanic soil in the area makes for ideal coffee-growing conditions.
